We decided, on a whim, to check out Blandford Homes Mountain Bridge community in northern Mesa. Most of the homes are well beyond our desired price range (the community ranges from mid 200’s to 500’s), so this adventure was purely for the enjoyment of looking at the different floor plans and design options. I must say it is a lovely community, but so quiet that it wouldn’t suit our busy lifestyle. It is the retreat that we look for on the weekends and we were one of two young couples there looking at the place. Everyone else was probably 50’s and older. I will say the laundry rooms were always nice. They are one of the most useful things in a home, regardless of one’s age.
I took so many photos that it’s going to be a week or so to show off all the photos, so it’s not completely overwhelming. For today, you can see how lovely the outdoor spaces and elevations of the homes are; the community has designed the homes to not back up to other homes, which makes them incredibly private compared to most new build homes, and the open spaces makes up about 45% of the neighborhoods.
One of the homes we looked at was well over 5,000 sq. ft and had a six car garage; does that garage just look massive?
