The World’s in Mourning

Last Friday I spent my morning writing about a piece of property I found online while across this country poor school children were being gunned down by a crazy person.  I haven’t felt the need to write because my desires (even the one to get a job) pale in comparison to the pain and anguish those kids felt, their parents are dealing with as a result of losing their children, and this nation is dealing with as our country tries to figure out how to prevent similar crimes from occurring.

I feel incredibly bad for the residents of Newtown, Connecticut who are spending this week attending funerals for these defenseless children.  I will never understand why people who are so dissatisfied with their own lives (really what other explanation is there) take their misery out on others.  There was no need for the slaughter that occurred last Friday at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
